At AlphaMode, every product is printed and made-to-order exclusively for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues

Change of mind

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You can request a refund/replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item or size

The product is damaged during shipping

 within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number + photos of the product

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart before purchase)

Dislike of fit/color after wearing

“Changed my mind”

Once your claim is verified, we’ll reprint & ship your replacement at no cost

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method
